Kevin’s Plan:

• PROVIDE meaningful professional oversight that improves internal and external communication between law enforcement, elected officials, and community members exemplifying transparency and investment in our neighborhoods
• ENHANCE relationships and collaborate with State and Local Law enforcement Agencies
• RESTRUCTURE existing department budgets to streamline and improve spending
• SUPPORT the Department’s dedicated men and women by placing their safety and security first along with the public
• APPLY the Law in a fair and impartial manner
